Welcome to AvelisseRent, a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service platform owned and operated by Avelisse Labs LLC. These Terms govern your access to and use of AvelisseRent, including our website, applications, APIs, software, and related services.
Rental terms for a specific agency are managed separately by that agency and are available inside the agency website at /site/terms.
AvelisseRent is a cloud platform that enables vehicle rental businesses to manage fleet operations, vehicle availability, online bookings, customer records, rental operations, invoices and payments, employees, website management, business reporting, and related operational tools.
AvelisseRent provides software only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Avelisse Labs LLC is not a party to rental agreements between agencies and their customers.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
You must provide accurate registration information.
You must maintain accurate account information.
You must protect your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree to keep your password confidential, notify us immediately of unauthorized account access, not share accounts unless your subscription permits multiple users, and use the Services only for lawful business purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
AvelisseRent offers subscription plans, which may include Starter, Professional, and Enterprise. Features, limits, pricing, and availability are described on our Pricing page and may change from time to time.
Some features are only available on specific subscription plans.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance using the selected billing cycle. You authorize us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees, applicable taxes, and optional add-on services.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.
We may offer free trials or promotional access. At the end of the trial period, your subscription may convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial expires.
You retain ownership of all business and customer data you upload to AvelisseRent.
By using the Services, you grant Avelisse Labs LLC a limited license to host, process, store, transmit, and display your data solely to provide and improve the Services. We do not claim ownership of your customer data.
Rental agreements are entered into between rental agencies and their customers. Each agency is solely responsible for its rental business and compliance with applicable laws.
Avelisse Labs LLC does not own rental vehicles.
Avelisse Labs LLC does not inspect vehicles.
Avelisse Labs LLC does not guarantee vehicle quality.
Avelisse Labs LLC does not guarantee bookings.
Avelisse Labs LLC is not responsible for disputes between agencies and customers.
Where supported, agencies may connect supported payment providers. AvelisseRent may process subscription payments separately from rental payments. Payment providers are responsible for processing transactions securely.
You agree not to misuse the Services.
Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Do not reverse engineer or copy the platform.
Do not upload malicious software.
Do not interfere with other users.
Do not circumvent subscription limits.
Do not use automated systems to abuse the Services.
Do not resell or sublicense the Services without authorization.
Do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Depending on your subscription plan, the Services may allow platform email delivery, custom SMTP configuration, or third-party email provider integration.
You are responsible for ensuring that emails sent through your account comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations.
We strive to maintain reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, updates, technical issues, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.
We may add features, remove features, improve functionality, fix bugs, modify user interfaces, and update security measures. These changes may occur without prior notice where necessary to maintain or improve the Services.
The Services may integrate with third-party providers such as payment processors, email providers, mapping services, analytics providers, and cloud infrastructure providers. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
All rights, title, and interest in AvelisseRent, including software, code, trademarks, logos, designs, documentation, and technology, remain the exclusive property of Avelisse Labs LLC or its licensors.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services during your active subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except as expressly permitted by law.
We implement commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect customer information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts and devices.
We may suspend access immediately if subscription payments fail, fraud is suspected, security risks are identified, these Terms are violated, or continued access could harm the platform or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for material violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations. Subject to our data retention policies and legal obligations, customer data may be deleted after account termination.
The Services are provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avelisse Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avelisse Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data arising from the use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avelisse Labs LLC, its officers, employees, affiliates, and contractors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the Services.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable laws.
Your infringement of third-party rights.
Your use of the Services is also governed by the AvelisseRent Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Avelisse Labs LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
